Jim Maxwell
Jim Maxwell, co-owner of Architects II (a restaurant and commercial architectural firm with over 80 restaurant and food related projects on their resume), is the 2007 Small Business Advocate of the Year and president of the Council of Merchant Districts - the governing organization of all San Francisco neighborhood associations. He is responsible for coordinating Eat Local community sponsors and neighborhood events.

Joan Simon
Joan Simon, founding principal of Full Plate Restaurant Consulting (a well known restaurant and specialty foods consultancy) and owner of Reservations Tonight (San Francisco’s premier group dining concierge service) has taught several “food biz” seminars throughout northern California and serves as a mentor at La Cocina community kitchen. She is responsible for Eat Local concept development and marketing outreach.

Dava Guthmiller
Dava Guthmiller, founding partner of Noise 13 (a San Francisco based branding and design firm with several food and wine clients) is known for her creative work with the Slow Foods movement, among others. She is also the founder and managing director of Pow.wow, a networking group for savvy and creative Bay Area business women. She is responsible for Eat Local branding, collateral, and website design.
